Trip Information
Little platforms way, way above your head. Dozens of ziplines whizzing everywhere. A gravity-powered jump that makes your palms sweat. More suspended ladders, bridges, nets, and obstacle games than you can count. The swing so giant and fast that it makes your vision blur. Some call it crazy, or thrilling – kinda terrifying, or surprisingly intense. Join Cultural Connections as we hit the road and head to WildPlay in Nanaimo.
When life feels boring, too cozy, or is just missing something, it’s a signal to push at the edges of your comfort zone. Imagine what a little nudge (or a big ‘ol leap) into a new aerial adventure will bring. Fun? Challenge? Adrenaline? At WildPlay, that’s only the beginning. Let your fear out to play.
The Classic Adventure course is 3 levels of games, challenges, and zip lines, increasing in height and difficulty as you go, testing your bravery and evolving your abilities. The course takes 1.5 - 2 hours to complete. The Extreme Adventure course is an add-on to the classic course. It includes 12 games and 4 ziplines that push the challenge off the charts. It is up to 60ft high! The course takes 30 - 45 minutes to complete. WildPlay has innovated and implemented a continuous belay system for our Adventure courses. It provides the benefit of making it impossible for you, as a guest, to accidentally disconnect from the course and risk a fall.
